Shipping Policy
Free Nationwide Delivery
Enjoy free delivery across Pakistan on all Elyzian Apparel orders, right to your doorstep. Please allow 3-5 working days for standard delivery.
Same-Day Delivery
Available in Lahore, Punjab for orders placed between 9 AM and 5 PM at a cost of Rs. 200 per order.
International Delivery
International shipping is available at the customer’s expense, with no return or exchange options.
Cash on Delivery
We offer a cash-on-delivery option for added convenience. Pay in cash when you receive your package.
Note: Additional charges may apply for expedited shipping or international deliveries.
Return and Exchange Policy
5-Day Exchange for Defective Items
We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a defective item, contact our customer support within 5 days of delivery for an exchange. Please note that we do not offer refunds for defective items.
Exchange Process:
Contact Us: Provide your order number and a detailed description of the defect.
Return Authorization: Our support team will issue a return authorization number (RA#) and instructions for returning the defective item.
Ship the Item: Securely package the defective item, including the RA# and a copy of your order confirmation, and send it to the provided return address.
Receive Replacement: After we inspect the returned item, we’ll ship you a replacement.
This policy applies only to defective items. If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, please contact our support team for potential solutions or future purchases.
